Housing Finance Corporation
Now let's call to order the Travis County housing finance corporation. First item of business is to elect officers of the corporation.
>> good afternoon. I'm mary mays, assistant manager of the corporation. He has spoken with ms. Barns, the attorney for the corporation, who indicated there are no legal restrictions on how the board elects officers. You may do it however you please.
>> I have been chairing these for a while. I can either keep doing it or we can change. Either way is fine with me.
>> judge, I would propose that we keep the current slate of officers and have no changes.
>> second.
>> for the housing finance corporation. That would be my motion.
>> any objection to that? Motion was seconded by commissioner Gomez first, I believe. All in favor of the motion, that passes by unanimous vote. Number two is to approve minutes for the board of directors' meeting of December 23, 2002.
>> second.
>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote also.
>> move to adjourn.
