Consent Items
The consent items are next. Posted for consent are c.1 through c.11. Centers we've been asked to add the following items to the consent motion. If you would like for us to discuss any of these items separately, but say so as we call out the number. Number 7. 11. 12. 14. 15. 16. 17. 18. 22. 23. 24 a and b. Steven, I will need to chat with you about this item later this week. That's good news. 28. On 29, since Margaret Gomez and I are the court's representatives on the safety subcommittee, I remember the two of us be the representative in the search for the executive director.
>> wonderful. Thank you.
>> so the consent would be for it to be commissioner Gomez and myself. Any objection?
>> no.
>> 31. On 31, I do recommend that we notify the sheriff's office to ask the capitol security to be informed about the special effects of this move in view of our proximity to the capitol on any kind of shooting, real or unreal probably would cause a lot of attention. So if they know in advance, that would be good. 34. 36.
>> not 35?
>> when we come --
>> on 36, judge, there's a choice that has to be done on 36 b.
>> I'm sorry. 36 a. Question on 36 b is whether we need to take that up in executive session. 36 a is the one. 38. 39. 41. Not 40. 42. 43. 50. 51.
>> what about 45 about the replacement boiler?
>> I apparently have a question about that. I'm not sure what it is, though. Would anyone like for us to pull any of these items for separate discussion?
>> move approval.
>> any discussion on the motion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
