On 36 b we got an e-mail over lunch, which basically supports, I wasn't sure about dan's reason for us not buying the rider. The concept for the commission of -- of why it does not make sense at this time. You have to meet a whole lot of requirements in order to take advantage of the federal insurance that accompanies Travis County insurance and I agree with dan we [inaudible] this Friday, on 36 b my motion is that we reject the option.
