Item 25

View captioned video.

Next is 25, which is approve budget amendments or transfers. I think that the add-ons appear to be recommended by p.b.o., In my view are consent, therefore I move approval.
>> of the add-ons?
>> the add-ons. There's another group that we need to discuss.
>> that's correct.
>> surplus [inaudible] funds from the hvac.
>> the hvac item I believe is the add-on item.
>> okay. Right. The motion is to approve the add on ons, which are 11, 8 and 14, 7. Recommended by p.b.o., And it seems that for the hvac the actual work came in with a savings and the department has asked to use the 26, 5, 6, 2.
>> for the safety-related issues still out there, yes, sir.
>> and p.b.o. Is recommending that. That's why I move approval.
>> second.
>> any more discussion of that one? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. There's another item that is not quite as agreeable.
>> we might be able to clear that one up. You are talking about ds 1. It's my understanding and roger can correct me if I am wrong, but that item has been revised. The request to 37,208, and that item would be to complete the upgrade to [inaudible] electrical with distribution center. It is our understanding now that this electrical upgrade is needed in order for the horse stalls to be functioning. We've also discussed this with john hilly, county attorney's office this morning, and he reviewed the reimbursement resolution and determined that this can move forward legally as well. So p.b.o. Supports that issue.
>> okay, well --
>> so there are these stalls related.
>> it is part of the installation.
>> and the amount is 27,208 instead of -- 37,280.
>> second commissioner Davis' ds 1 motion.
>> any more discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
