We have just come back from executive session where we discussed the following items, 24 involving the -- the land for the west rural community center and clinic.
>> judge, I move that we authorize commissioner daugherty to execute all closing documents and this item be reset for next week and our since sheer thanks to alicia perez for knocking through a lot of red tape.

>> any more discussion? All in favor. That passes by unanimous vote. We did not need item no. 25, do we need it back on the agenda next week.
>> yes, sir.
>> it will be back on. We decided to postpone item 26 until -- until -- number 27, I move that we grant the request and waive penalty and interest in the total sum of $924.27.
>> second.
>> requested a 21 day notice be sent out for the taxes due.
>> seconded by commissioner Gomez, any more discussion?
>> judge, can we make it clear that this meets a very strictest related to that we never had a valid address to be able to send the appropriate bill.

>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. 28 I move that we authorize dan mansour to represent Travis County court in the edwin lowther v. Christopher nowlin matter. Move.

>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. 29 we need to have it back on the agenda next week, we did not discuss it, which will be December 10th of '02. I move that we adjourn the voting session of the -- of the Travis County commissioners court.
