Number 2, consider requesting the city of Sunset Valley to annex for full-purpose a portion of brodie lane right-of-way from the city limits to the north end of the Williamson county bridge.
>> back in '96, we spent over $6 million on the c.i.p. And there was an initial two lanes, brodie lane was still part of the county. The new -- it's a four-lane road now and there's new two lanes [inaudible]. We agreed that early in March with the city of Sunset Valley to a 50% share of cost participation to overlay brodie and to change some of the stop signs and as a result they agreed to annex the rest of brodie. This will put the entire brodie in the city of Sunset Valley.
>> and why is this a good deal for Travis County?
>> it's a good deal because we no longer have to pay approximately $10,000 in traffic signal signs, $6,000 a year in storm water pollution, and up to $140,000 of maintenance revenues.
>> so the [inaudible] is shifted to the city once annexed. We think they are favorably inclined to consider?
>> absolutely.
>> because we talked with them about it.
>> yes, sir.
>> that's why I move apraofpl.
>> second.
>> any more discussion? All in favor say aye? That passes by unanimous vote.
