1. Discuss order to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate a portion of the 5' public utility easement on either side of the common lot line between lots 1010 and 1090, apache shores section 2, a subdivision in precinct 3.

>> good morning, carol joseph, t.n.r. We received a request from the property owner to vacate the utility easement between the common lot line. The ute companies have no complaints and we have heard no complaints from any of the citizens in the neighborhood.
>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing? Hearing none, move that the public hearing be closed.

>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. That's posted as action item no. 8, which will probably be part of the consent motion today.
