Now let's call to order the Travis County housing finance corporation. Two items. 1. Approve (1) transfer of lien and (2) reimbursement payment to Texas department of housing and community affairs for repayment of home project loan #36662000-13, and take appropriate action.
>> good afternoon, I'm harvey Davis, manager for the corporation. And like as has happened many times in the past, we've had a -- one of our home loans repaid. It was repaid on November 6th, 2002. I have a typo on the backup that says November 6th, 1996. And so -- so I'm requesting approval from the board to -- to reimburse the Texas department of housing community affairs in the amount of $1,772 and to release the lien on this home loan that was made in December, 1996. That -- those actions are required by what.
>> they are required by the contract that we have with when we got the home grant in 1995, in that contract with the Texas department of housing and community affairs.
>> that's why I move approval with both actions on number one.
>> second.
>> any more discussion? All in favor that passes by unanimous vote. Director Moore absent. Number two to approve minutes for board of directors meetings of August 13, and August 20, 2002.
>> so move.
>> second.
>> all in favor.
>> that passes by unanimous vote.
>> move we adjourn.
>> second.
>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
