That brings us to item 19. 19. Consider county strategy for upcoming legislative session, including appointment of commissioners court liaison, and take appropriate action. Are we ready for this one today. Commissioner Moore did this one, had them working on the legislation.
>> she never went actually through a legislative session. It was more between time, but it was --
>> I would recommend that another member of the court do this. I'm [inaudible] the policy committee. I will be doing some work there on the urban county positions on legislation. And I think that somebody needs to be the liaison for the court so they can spend time at the capitol itself.
>> I don't want to preclude gerald from -- from being out there and wanting to have some input on this. Since this is something that involves the five of us, not just the four of us that are sitting up here.
>> have it back on next week. Is that okay?
