Consider the vacation of two (2) drainage easements, a drainage and right-of-way easement, and two (2) public utility easements on the tract known as elm creek in precinct one, or take other appropriate action there was a -- that was a public hearing we had this morning. There was no objection. The language brought back the change --
>> the change on now therefore, it said be vacated, rejected and not be accepted before it read just be vacated. And what we added was be vacated, rejected and not accepted in accordance with state law.
