Consent Items
The consent items are next. And posted for consent are- are c 1 through c 4. I show those to be ready for action. We have been asked to add the following items to the consent motion: if you would lining for us to discuss these separately, please say so. When we call out the numbers. A 5, just -- a 5 is the item that we need to see owe to hold off on until -- until we finish the public hearing, number 4, if you would like for us to discuss these separately, please say so. Number 5, any questions about 6? No.

>> judge, could I just have for the record on -- I don't want to have it pulled, but on item no. 12 it is within budget and we are very proud of the bids that came in on northeast metro park. It actually came in under budget what we thought that piece of the park would do. So we are very proud of facilities for bringing that in.
