Citizens Communication
citizens communication is next. Mr. Snyder. If there's anybody else for citizens communication please come forward?
>> my name is kenneth snyder, north ridge acres, Williamson and Travis County, the tv made it real nice, we have a higher turnout for voters of any area there is. I’m glad of that. We do need all new people. I say we need all new people in Williamson and Travis County both. Williamson and Travis County both. Need all new commissioners up there because of the people are better politicians. This is precinct 2 right here. Nine years trying to get basic human services for nine years in precinct 2. This is the way that we have been living. Of course Sonleitner said we deserve this here, we don't like it. We like it out here like this. And it gets ridiculous. Like I was telling the lady awhile ago, everything, say you get it all in, new people come in, everything, kennedy ridge got a grant and everything. They had new people coming in. They should have made the company that's running the system out there extend the lines out. That's what they done at kennedy ridge, extend the lines out. Once we get everything in, the infrastructure in there started, where we don't have to put pump stations and everything in. Infrastructure, everybody else moves in, they take out the capital recovery fees. Capital recovery fees pay for them anyway. Nine years, capital city colorado lopal a few miles -- colonial a few miles down the road. Basic human services, Sonleitner do not care about the people. I have been driving around town everything. I see them digging up roads in precinct 2. I stopped and asked the guy, why are you digging them up for and everything. He told me one stripe on the road he has to take out, but he's going to take the whole road out to replace one stripe. I thought that was pretty good. That's where our own is going. Doing work that don't need to be done. Go down in the poor areas, you have chuck holes in there big must have to break the leg on a horse. That's why I can't understand. Bad judgment from the county. They run the county like that jail over there. The justice center. Billions and billions of dollars they throw away and everything. I understand the slush fund or whatever pave every street out here in gold. I home mike hanson gets in here and turns this thing over, we get all of the new people that's running everything, give them a chance to see what they can do. Everything is way too high. Taxes and everything is way too high. You all voting $20 thousand raises in for yourself and everything. I think the other people working for the county and other things probably needs it more than you all needs it. That will pay a lot of overtime. Also taking vacation should be in the evenings, instead of in the morning. That way people -- citizen communication should be in the evenings, get more people out of work to come up here and talk about the problems everything. I guarantee you there's a lot of problems in this county. I do believe after tomorrow we might see a big, big difference in the county. Nine years having a problem like this here shouldn't be. All this growth around here, smarted growth every day, say you can't pay your taxes. We have to pay for you all's mistakes I can't understand that there. We are paying for all of you all's mistakes instead of fixing it the first time, over appeared over. One problem to be fixed, then more developed out there, build all of the houses out there. Tax basing down and everything. We can live like human beings instead of worser than animals. Of course I wouldn't even let my dog live in these conditions. I have to bringing bottled water in every day to feed my dog water, but I can't give him water off that fire hydrant. 90% of the time that water smells like sewer.
>> you are over. Who got that $20,000 pay increase?
>> you all did?
>> when?
>> wrong.
>> last time you all voted yourself a raise, when mike man son was here, he went out to get the people to vote against it.
>> just for the record, nobody on this court got any pay increase during the last budget session. Thank you very much.
>> $8,000 for the judge.çó I think you all about 60 or $70,000.
