Let's get that comment on number 15, which is to receive revenue and expenditure reports for the month of September 2002.
>> yeah, the only comment that I wanted to make, the law requires us monthly to give the commissioners court a list of expendtures and encumbrances and money available. With regard to September, I just wanted to make the comment that we have successfully closed the books.
>> yea?
>> was a very complicated here because of gasb 34, I really wanted to take this opportunity to thank the commissioners court for the support that you have given to financial accountability and making sure that the statements that we have are right and reflect the business of Travis County. I serve on a state-wide committee on financial reporting. We have active in the auditor's association. I want to say unequivocally there has been no commissioners court in the state of Texas that has been as supportive of the financial and auditing function as this commissioners court. I just wanted to thank you for that as we close.
>> thank you [multiple voices]
>> let's thank all of the county departments and employees who worked on gasb 34.
>> yes, yes, that's so.
>> barely -- [multiple voices] process, glad we got it done.
>> judge, I move we focially receive item no. 15.
>> > second.
>> any more discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
