Executive Session
That covers all of the items exception for executive session in my book.
Move that we recess the voting session of the Travis County commissioners
court to take up the Travis County housing finance corporation. All in favor?
That passes by unanimous vote, including commissioner Sonleitner, you are
voting in favor, commissioner Davis?

to postpone or pull 35, 36, 37. We are left, though, with 34, and that to
discuss, approve and/or take any appropriate action regarding the purchase
of land for the precinct one office building, that's the real property exception
to the open meetings act. We will discuss that one item in executive session.

undeveloped property of the precinct 1 building, and that the seller, scottie
edwards, take full responsibility for the surveying, title, and closing costs
for this particular property. And that i, commissioner Ron Davis, be authorized
to sign the purchase agreement for this particular property.
