to negotiate the provision of services after the annexation of the anderson
mill estates subdivision with the city of Austin as required by the local
government code section 43.0562, and take appropriate action.
>> this is nothing too terribly complicated about this. There
is a need for us to make this appointment, and christine from my office has
been working with the homeowners association to come up with three folks who
are willing to do this. That's the three names that we have, mr. Hurlman,
dr. Duval and mr. Varger and I move approval of their appointments.
>> and i'll throw in there, when this area was precinct 2,
two of these names were very much involved in it. So they are known in their
community and excellent choices.
>> no other names have been called to our attention. Have
any objections been called to our attention?
>> no.
>> any more discussion of the motion? All in favor? That
passes by unanimous vote. We appreciate the cooperation of the three individuals
who have agreed to serve.
>> we do indeed. Big time. [ laughter ]
