2. Discuss the vacation of a portion of the right-of-way of gebron drive in cardinal hills unit 7, a subdsivision in precinct three.

>> second? All in favor? That motion carries unanimously.
>> good morning, carol joseph t.n.r. The owners of this lot would like to vacate the common road between them, gebron road they are going to divide it equally between the two lots, seven and one. And unit 30 -- I'm sorry, lot 1. And there's no -- we have no reason to keep that road and there's no problem with the utility companies. We have no need for it.
>> anybody here to give testimony during this public hearing? I move we close the public hearing.
>> second?
>> all in favor that passes by unanimous vote. That will be action item no. 9.
