Now let's call to order the Travis County development corporation. This is posted for an executive session discussion. It is to receive briefing and legal advice regarding vision village and take appropriate action. This is consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. Any part we need to discuss in open court? I don't believe so.
>> then we will convene in executive session and ask questions, get a briefing, and legal advice on this matter. But return to open court -- open meeting before taking any action.
>> we just returned from executive session. Under the Travis County health corporation where we discussed vision village with legal counsel. Any motions?
>> yes, sir, I would move that we give instructions to our attorneys to file the appropriate motions for summary judgment with the goal of trying to reestablish the lien we believe we have on the front 18 acres of the property and any other appropriate legal notices be filed to make sure that people know that this lien is in dispute in case there is any attempt to try to dispose of this property.
>> second.
>> any discussion? All in favor of the motion? That passes by unanimous vote.
>> thank you.
>> thank you all.
>> move we adjourn.
>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
