14, approve budget amendments and transfers.
>> judge, I want to add one thing quickly on that and that basically was dealing with the chief transfers. I was wanting to know when the tax assessor was going to get back and report to us on this particular collective action program that they are getting instituted. I really want to make sure that we -- if we invest money into this effort, then of course I think there ought to be a reporting period coming back to this court on what you are finding and the progress of this particular new program. That's basically why I wanted to make sure that it's clear understanding that we need to see something as far as what you are doing, how you are doing it with this amount of money be invested in that program. So that's basically looking for an answer on that as far as reporting back to the court.
>> on this item in particular or --
>> yes, on the -- especially on the transfer for the [inaudible] office.
>> why don't we do just the opposite and a motion suggesting that we get a status report in a certain time.
>> well, we can do it that way.
>> I don't see it -- [multiple voices]
>> it takes some time the hire these people, get them on board. What if we ask for a status report in six months?
>> that will be fine. I move that we get a status report on this particular program --
>> second.
>> -- and that be six months, March. I’m sorry, what were you saying?
>> this is a pilot project. It will be part of the twou ---2004.
>> April is that -- six months?
>> that seems to be a popular date.
>> one adjustment on the a 1 through a 4, the activity code ought to be 5467 instead of 544 -- 546 on each of those.
>> and melissa has those.
>> okay.
>> move approval.
>> second.
>> did we get a vote on the first one, on the motion --
>> I think part of the motion.
>> the motion with that -- [inaudible] and making the changes that he just mentioned, changing 444 to --
>> 546.
>> 546. Any more discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Thank you all very much.
>> thank you
