1. Discuss an order to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate a
portion of the drainage easement across lot 18 and lot 19, block a, rolling
meadows section one, a subdsivision in precinct 2.

t.n.r. On the property, they asked for a property of the drainage easement
to be vacated so they can build their house with the septic. The engineers
have certified that the -- that the drainage will be contained within the
-- within the 100 year floodplain. And we've had no complaints, no problems
with this issue and t.n.r. Recommends approval.
