>> Now let's call to order the Travis County health facilities development corporation. 1. Approve budgets for the corporations for fy 2003, and take appropriate action.>> again the budget that is being presented to you for approval is similar to the figures that I had given the board a couple of weeks ago when you authorized the transfers to be made to Travis County. It does again have the ending fund balance in an allocated reserve account. It does reflect $353,000 of annual fees, the majority of which comes from the seton hospital bonds that that payment is due November first.
