B. CONSIDER REQUEST TO ALLOW EMPLOYEES TO CARRY OVER A MAXIMUM OF 40 HOURS OF NON-DESIGNATED HOLIDAY TIME, ACCRUED FROM OCTOBER 1 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, FROM FY 2001 TO FY2002, AND TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION.

C. APPROVE REVISIONS TO THE TRAVIS COUNTY CODE, SECTION 10.043, HOLIDAYS, TO INCLUDE:

(1) PROVISION TO ALLOW 16 HOURS OF NON-DESIGNATED HOLIDAY TIME TO CARRY OVER FROM FISCAL YEAR TO FISCAL YEAR;
