B. APPROVE AMENDMENT TO A GRANT CONTRACT WITH THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY AFFAIRS FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY (DOE) OIL OVERCHARGE
WEATHERIZATION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM AND THE LOW INCOME HOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (LIHEAP). THE AMENDMENT MODIFIES THE PREVIOUS APPLICATION TO MODIFY THE PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS OF THE GRANTS.
