C. APPROVE GRANT CONTRACT TO RENEW THE GRANT FOR FY'02 WITH THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF PROTECTIVE AND REGULATORY SERVICES FOR THE HEALTHY FAMILIES GRANT PROGRAM IN THE HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES DEPARTMENT.

D. APPROVE GRANT CONTRACT WITH THE CAPITAL AREA PLANNING COUNCIL TO PROVIDE FUNDS TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE FOR THE SOLID WASTE TASK FORCE IN THE TRANSPORTATION AND NATURAL RESOURCES DEPARTMENT (TNR).
