3. RECEIVE BRIEFING FROM CORPORATION'S ATTORNEY REGARDING OPTIONS FOR COMPLYING WITH THE ELDERLY HOUSING REQUIREMENTS IN SECTION 902 OF THE HFC ACT FOR SEVERAL MULTIFAMILY PROJECTS NOW OWNED BY AIMCO (ASPEN HILLS, BENT OAKS, PRIMECREST AND ROYALCREST APARTMENTS) AND TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION. 4. APPROVE REFUND PAYMENT TO TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY AFFAIRS FOR REPAYMENT OF HOME PROJECT LOAN #36662000-01, TO APPROVE RELEASE OF LIEN FOR HOME PROJECT LOAN #36662000-O1, AND TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION.

5. APPROVE THE FILING OF APPLICATIONS WITH THE TEXAS BOND REVIEW BOARD FOR ALLOCATION OF A PORTION OF THE STATE CEILING FOR SINGLE FAMILY MORTGAGE REVENUE BONDS FOR THE YEARS 2000 AND 2001, AND TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION.
