5 Consider proposal from the district courts to consolidate the administration of the SHORT program (drug diversion court) by combining the two functions of the program (the intake unit - currently under Community Supervision and Corrections Department [CSCD], and the counseling unit - currently under Criminal Justice Planning) and placing them under the direction of the criminal courts administration office.

6A Discuss and approve request from Round Rock Independent School District for cablecast of school board meetings.
