And quickly, item number A1, consider and take appropriate action on a condominium agreement between Travis County and Vintage Pine Homes for The View at Steiner Ranch Condominiums in Precinct 2.
Commissioner Eckhardt wanted to comment.
>> I see this adds 20 rooftops to an area we know is compromised from an emergency response standpoint and compromised on a day-to-day basis with regard to transportation infrastructure.
It's secluded and isolated by terrain, but this is not the case on which to test our authority to deny what in my opinion is some unmindful growth in an area that really can't sustain it.
In this case it's a small development, it's only 20, they are condominium and they were previously approved both by the city and county's joint office.
There is not significant neighborhood opposition to this and it is a lovely development.
The plans are quite attractive.
So this is not the test case, but I did want to state for the record that 20 plus 20 plus 20 plus 20 out on 620 and 2222 is going to put us in deeper and deeper water.
So with that strange statement, I move approval.
>> Second.
>> Strange in that it seems to antithehical to motion to approve.
>> Any more discussion?
All in favor?
That passes by unanimous vote.

July 3, 2012: Travis County Launches New Video Playback System
Our new streaming video system uses a single video clip for each session and items are linked to specific locations on that clip. Some browsers and mobile devices do not recognize the location information and display the entire clip. If this happens the "start time" will help you find your item's video within the larger clip.
If you encounter playback issues check out our video playback help page. If you still encounter problems let us know.
On July 3rd, 2012, Travis County began leveraging free resources by posting Commissioners Court meetings on Youtube. Previously every video clip was edited separately and hosted on the county's video server. The old system also required RealPlayer to view the video clips.
The new systems save time and resources -- and that saves taxpayer dollars!
