>> just recognize the efforts that our military veterans have given to service of country.
not enough being done for veteran female personnel who have distinct different impairments and illnesses and injuries from the male veteran, anyway, that's it for me, I got to go.
I have another appointment at the capitol.
thank y'all for the hard work.
please continue to do job creation, job development, job creation.
thank you.

>> thank you, mr. Pena.

>> I'm vice-president with white glove health here in Texas.

>> when they call, we send one of our health care professionals to our home or office within a few hours.
upon arrival, we diagnose, prescribe, and for no additional charge hand out generic prescription drugs and over the counter medications.
a visit fee is collected from the member but no medical or pharmacy claims are built.
we follow-up within 24 hours and the visit information is hipaa compliant and available online to the member.
members do not need to have insurance to be -- to use white glove health.
why am I here today?
I'm here because we analyzed public information recently presented to the central health board of managers.
bottom line, white glove delivers a better health care service at a lower cost.
white glove charges $300 to deliver acute primary care and wellness for one year for that member.
in contrast, largest provider has costs of $259 per encounter of visit.
that is per visit, that is not per year of taking care of that particular patient.
we've approached the membership several times in the past month asking for a meeting to show how we can save them between 8 and $12 million over two years.
but to our surprise and dismay as taxpayers, they will not take the meeting.
central health objection allegedly stems from one meeting held more than one year ago.
since that time, much has changed, both for our company and for central health, but what has not changed is our ability to save taxpayers millions of dollars while at the same time providing the uninsured and underinsured with better health care service.
it's particularly helpful for these constituents.
number one, white glove operates 8 to 8, 365 days a year.
hours that are far superior to 90% of central health's existing clinics where patients have little choice after hours than to go to the er and wait and we know how expensive that can be.
number two, white glove's next appointment is three hours compared to an average of 3 days for the next central health appointment.
white glove comes to the member's home or office.
for central health patients must be use personal or public transportation to get to the clinic.
number 4.
white glove brings generic prescription medicines to the patient for central health patients must use personal or public transportation to get to a pharmacy.
and number 5, white glove has more five star customer testimonials than any other company.
central health first has a fiduciary responsible to million dollars every two years.

>> thank you.

>> thank you.

>> thank you, sir.
I'm ronny reeferseed, and for the mayor (indicating) okay.
that's right, people, soon to be former mayor lee leffingwell made a laughing stock of himself exploding into counter productive tyrannical.
I had given him a copy of the u.s.
constitution so he had no excuse for his tantrum against my ideas, words, sounds, jess tick league of nations or whatever I choose to do during my 180 seconds already earned by me jumping through all the hoops.
speakers must reserve a spot for the privilege to address these criminals two weeks ahead of time, as close to 9 a.m.
as possible to get on their limited list of only ten speakers allowed and at most that adds up to a whopping 30 minutes of those so called public servants' ever so valuable time to have to listen to us people who bother to participate.
almost always not all ten speakers show up.
I'm excluded already 75% of the time, that's right, my first amendment right to speak is already limited by the on city council of criminals: to one in four city council citizen communications segments.
though my young ever so instructed political friend clay dufo taught me about extending my input by participating in the meat and potatoes, mayor lafg stock invented another rule to limit us to only three items out of last week's 115 items on the agenda.
I spoke about it on alex jones info wars.com , the next day is a special guest.
the entire world knows about our mayor, rejoice, mayor leffingwell, ended his own political career stopping on my right.
yipee.
he's now assumed to be felon.
he blatantly violated his own oath of office which is a felony.
he will be convicted.
clay defo for mayor.
ob/gyn dr. Rawn paul love of liberty in our u.s.
constitution just keeps on keeping on.
I'm so proud to be here to share the news about our mayor.
it was a big story and it was on, like I said, alex jones and that worldwide exposure, and so if you haven't heard about it yet, you will, and it's our mayor.
he's out of his mind, he literally went out of his mind.
I didn't do that -- all I did was mild, I'm ronry reeferseed, he called the police over, they came and got me and escorted me out of the building and I'm banned there for a year.
now, does that sound reasonable to any of you that how I choose to pronounce my name bans me for a whole year?
I don't think so.

>> thanks.

>> thank you, mr. Reeferseed.
clay defo.

>> my name is clay defo.
I live here in downtown Austin, Texas.
excuse me if I'm unfamiliar with some of the procedures here.
this is my first time speaking.
I'm here to go to a higher authority, this past Thursday I was denied my first amendment rights to address the council on items 32 and items 70 deeming with barton springs pool, an issue I care deeply about because I actually go there.
also I was refused permission to speak on item 36, I believe, which dealt with giving 6 hundred thousand dollars to Austin police department forte sirs.
-- for tasers.
this began on August 18th, when I was there, myself, clay defo, I will attest to this, with ronny reeferseed there.
I was refused on item 74 and 76 which dealt with parking meter extension as well as item 24 which dealt with private property and easement -- right of way easement off ranch road 2222 here in traffic.
now, if the council continues to breach my first amendment rights to redress my government I will be forced to take further action.
I would like Travis County attorney to investigate mayor lee leffingwell, the city council, and the city clerk.
the city clerk has illegally altered a public document and I will go under oath and attest to it.
so we will go after them on the judicial side of things and the legislative.
I will continue to be active.
I am an active citizen and I will not be silenced.
I will continue to attend Austin city hall, Austin city council, and I will continue to tell them what they're doing wrong because that is our right as american citizens and as citizens residing here in Travis County.
so judge Biscoe, your honor, I hope you will join us in this battle.
I hope you will say something to the mayor or to the immediate ya I hope david escamilla will get involved.
my hope is that more citizens will take similar action and join me by signing up for more than three items on Thursday, September 22, which I've been told is the next council meeting although I'm not sure if it's been officially announced.
this is no laughing matter.
we need to stand up and start saying no, because the next step is to ban citizen communication altogether and I'm sure leffingwell would be pleased if there was some sort of personal ban on myself.
he sees me as a political opponent so he is trying to silence me.
I believe what he's doing is a civility violation of the city code and possibly criminal.
it could be possibly obstruction of justice.
I have him on camera refusing to answer my questions and I have him on camera conferences with the city clerk prior to the meeting and my assumption is they may be telling them to remove our names or change the public record.
so we need to investigate this.
I thank you very much.

>> thank you, mr. Defo.

>> dr. Kim?

>> good morning.

>> good morning.

>> I'm very happy, the happiest time I have here to speak to you and to everyone.
tomorrow Austin community college, the president stephen b.
kinslow will retire, and Austin city police assigned case number to investigate him and acc, but detective refused to walk on that case, so there is no way to make any case criminal in this city here, right here, Travis County.
there is no way.
and attorney general and the Texas district attorney or Travis County attorney refused to investigate.
there is no way.
and also

>> [inaudible] san antonio home security department district counsel, assistant attorney and the Texas lawyer, he resigned a couple of months ago.
I took him as a criminal, to the federal court, for -- to appear here today.
I found him yesterday.
I went to his office.
two people, they don't know what they are talking.
and the one gentleman cesar, another gentleman, he told me he will do his best to address my questions.
my question was american government

>> [inaudible] american resident right to hear from Travis County to ins jail and the south korean government to issue illegal korean travel certificate from Travis County to south korea at the time of conservative republican president, 43rd, george w.
bush jr.
and conservative republican governor, Texas governor rick perry.
rick perry, he wanted -- he wanted to be the president of the united states.
he needed to

>> [inaudible] he needed to bring my son back to here.
right here.
he refused.
he refused to review this case.
in 2005.
in 2006.
this is american international terrorism to my son and to south korea.
there's no korea without americandhelp but south korea is not american country to conceal and cover up american international terrorism to my son, to my faith, to my family.
to my country.

>> thank you, dr. Kim.

>> you're welcome.

>> todd horseman?
good morning, judge, my name is todd osborn, I'm with the human resources department, yesterday we had a liaison meeting, at that meeting we conducted a drawing for the door prizes associated with the open enrollment process.
there were three ways you could win.
you could have the nurse line programmed into your phone.
you could show that you had an insurance card or you could be part of own enrollment before the very last day.
there were three ways you could possibly win a door prize.
that was held yesterday and the winner of the grand prize, which was an ipad is ms. Black from the counseling and education services.
I want to tell all the employees that were registered that there will be a full listing in the public announcements that will go out via e-mail that will show all of the prize numbers, there was more than one grand prize, and just in addition open enrollment was a very good success this year.
there were only ten people that we had outstanding issues with, by the time the process was over, and as of this point in time there are only three defaults in other words where we had to go in and make selections, and that is an all time record low.
that's it.

>> congratulations.

>> thank you very much.

>> those are the persons who signed in to speak on the citizens communication.
