Citizens Communication
Now citizens communication is next and this item gives residents an opportunity to address the court on any matter not on the agenda for up to a full three minutes.
several residents have signed up.
gus pena, jim awalt.
are you here on lohman ford crossing?
you can testify during citizens communication if you want to.
>> no, I'll wait until you call that on the agenda.
>> okay.
morris priest.
ronnie reeferseed.
mr. Pena.
>> good morning, judge, Commissioners, again gus pena, proud native east Austin resident, former resident and proud united states marine corps veteran.
I would like to recognize guests especially the youth and students.
mr. Josh ryan, could you please rise, please, sir?
this young man atends could attendscovington.
give him a round.
.
>> [applause]
>> judge and Commissioners, August 22 is the first day of school and I always come over to plead with everybody that is listening or viewing us and you elected officials and also employees, when there's a school supply drive and clothing drive for the needy come about, please give generously to those individuals or organizations or whatever.
the need is great out there.
I don't have to tell you.
it sounds redundant and repetitive, but with many people out of work, with the situation with the recession and as we are still in a recession, I don't care what any economist says, it's bad for low-income people and anybody else to get money for school supplies and clothing for the needy.
mentors and tutors, mr. Leroy nellis, he does have a good organizational drive for mentors and tutors for schools out there that are needed.
if you can donate sometimes, math is hurting a lot of our students.
I forgot to mention funding for dropout prevention and truancy.
hurting our schools attendance-wise.
two items left and I'll leave it at that.
senator james webb, first lieutenant, served in vietnam, vietnam veteran, united states marine corps veteran, is retiring this year.
we are losing one of the best advocates us veterans could ever have.
I'll be honest, we have some voice in washington from our local delegation, but I send a lot of people to some of our elected officials that represent us in washington that are not getting the job done.
sometimes they don't call you back.
that's not acceptable.
we veterans served our country proudly.
I'm not going to say this is what I did, didn't do, but when they call me as old as I am or as young as I am, I would proudly serve again.
I want everyone to show support for current military veterans serving in iraq and afghanistan and everywhere else.
female veterans are not sometimes recognized.
we want to recognize their efforts to our country.
show your appreciation.
thank them.
they don't want to be there, might not want to be there, but they are americans serving our country's freedom and other country's freedom.
a society's worth is measured by its treatment of less fortunate.
kiss your children, hug your children.
tell them you love them because you might not have them tomorrow.
thank you and keep up the good work.
>> mr. Priest.
>> thank you, judge, Commissioners, morris priest speaking on my own behalf.
it was really nice to see that theresa perez was honored by jonathan signs by the liberty institute.
one of the access stations down at channel Austin.org.
we have a lot of people in the community that many people don't know and they are having a producers meeting this week and some in radio and print.
I know that our precinct 4 constable as down at the station with a show that -- our Commissioner Gomez was on.
hispanic today, which is produced by steve mason, producer of front line Texas, has been.
the jeff Davis show and other shows, documentaries are are being worked on as we speak.
one of the documentaries is going to talk about the fairness doctrine.
of course, how is that hope and change going for you?
since 2008 the obama administration has tried to implement this fairness doctrine of how to control the immediate y this is basically going to be a localized effort.
of course, we see even in transportation they have the local options approach, but it's going to be basically local consent regulated through the f.c.c.
and the community will have only their outlook portrayed and this localism is tied in
>> [indiscernible] privatization and all the efforts that this obama administration such as obama care.
of course, we have central health meeting this week.
we have transportation issues.
but this entitlement cradle to grave and all the other things we see in society right now are basically be vetted and worked upon by many people, but many people don't see we have quite a few people working locally and things are shaking up whether it's at u.t.
or the chamber or the lcra and other powerhouses of organizations whether it's unions or other things.
seemed to be a lot of people working really heart and they are getting out the message and people are expanding their knowledge and broadening their horizons and putting down their cell phones and ipods and computers and many people that have been working in the community for decades has had strong relationships and strong ties with people in the community that many people in the community haven't been able to really know what's going on.
I know we have people such as pauline brown and other activists that maybe were more known by the public, but more and more people are working --
>> [buzzer sounding] -- together and I think it's going to be exciting thing to watch as, you know, things unfold.
thank you.
>> thank you, mr. Priest.
mr. Reeferseed.
>> thank you, sir.
this is ronnie reeferseed.
begging you all to wake up.
barak-a-lypse now.
let go of the delusions.
bankster stooge is what the reverend martin luther king warned us about.
don't judge a book by its color.
it goes both ways.
black america is the time to wake up and smell the black genocide served with a quick lip ego tripping smile and a shove down your throat of abortion mills and probably the most efficient as eliminating more blacks just down the road in houston's ghettohood.
that's right, the planned parenthood center.
it's no accident people since Margaret sanger have been eliminated pass pests.
the simultaneously-simultaneous shredding of every bit of our precious u.s.
constitution continues until we say no.
the entire obama -- osama bin laden special ops crew now dead.
brave navy seals were the most recent sacrifice at the alter of so-called president sotoro of special ops, epitome of a raging lunatic out of control.
the price less road map left by founding fathers.
let's study their ideas.
liberty from government.
no, my constitutional republic respects my right to choose my own toilet or light bulb.
our own precious tax dollars to be spent murdering babies, old people, disabled.
this happens a lot of people build a burger grid settles into place.
none of this is new.
for 50 years we've been hit with msg that shuts down part of the brain that says I've had enough and with msg there's fried chicken.
black genocide keeps going on.
we have to learn more, just visit.
if you ever get on the show and call and ask why he actively bans me, ronnie reeferseed from his show.
I advertise virtually every week but I'm still banned.
I can't get through to ask him.
Ron paul 2012.com.

>> [buzzer sounding] yes, I am peach and remove the statees stooge from the bankster military industrial media complex of multinational killers while we still can.
thank you.
>> mr. Reeferseed, if you find out why you were banned and how, let me know.
>> [laughter] dr. Kim.
that's a little citizen communication humor.
>> [laughter]
>> thank you very much.
my honorable judge Sam Biscoe, you are the
>> [indiscernible] several times already so you are the best across the nation of the whole world.
even you don't approve of my appeal.
still I respect you.
I like you.
even you don't like my appeal.
he never approved my appeal for 470 days, never responded, but still made me and the whole court laugh.
you are the best judge.
I have the great news for us, for the united states and for Texas and all of you.
to improve american court and Texas court more democratic.
I have two cases pending in the court of appeals for third court of appeals.
no one has responded at all so far.
so I should have been winner.
how wonderful it is no dependent responded at all for two or three months.
I got c.d.
players around 700 pages from the district court of Travis County.
all crowded with the fraud and distortions and violations.
700 pages.
but still they declared me a vectious litigant.
I told you u.s.
government kidnapped my son from Texas to south korea.
December 13, 2001.
the case is pending.
three places in the united states and south korea also.
I had a court battle in south korea for six months.
but south korea, they support american kidnapping my son from Texas to south korea.
but I still continue my battles more than 11 years right now.
I just talked to them.
they are in the pending, petition in the pending.
same place as the united states.
how wonderful it is.
america is better than heaven, greater than kingdom of god.
I enjoy my american life even though they kidnap my american son from Texas to south key y I appreciate all of you.
greater than heaven.
if we go to heaven, there is only one god.
there is no god if god has no life.
it's very boring over there so I don't go there.
I'd like to stay here.
beautiful, wonderful american ladies and they are so beautiful.
very nice.
I have one wife.
I don't need 75.
it's more than enough.
I like america.
I like your court.
thank you very much.
it's a great country.
>> [applause]
>> thank you, dr. Kim.
those are the ones who signed in to speak.
