13, approve contract number 11 k 00248 jw with apache shores property owners association for the development and construction of fort smith trail.
>> good afternoon.
this is a request to have the court approve a participation agreement with the homeowners association at apache shores.
this is a substandard road project, for which we have funds provided by the court from 2007, I believe.
and what this will result in is bringing a currently substandard road up to current allowable standard for the substandard road program so that the road can be accepted on to the county-maintained system.
we would maintain it from here on out.

this is '07?
>> '07 co's is the fund sexual intercourse.
>> and we -- is the fund source.
>> and we haven't used any of it.
>> we haven't.
we've used other bond monies from other projects that finished up with savings within the precinct.
>> so today we have a full 500,000 left?
>> I believe that's true, yes.

>> it's coming from co's that were specifically allocated to substandard roads from the court in '07.

so it is from the same fund for substandard roads, not separate.

>> I think this is wonderful.
I would ask that we perhaps share this with our contacts in wells branch so they can see how it works in another community.

>> well, this will leave a little bit less -- a little bit more than 200,000, right?
>> that's true.
I'm not sure how much -- whether we will do the design in-house or hire a consultant, but around 200 I think is a good number.
