So item 5, consider and take appropriate action on budget amendments, transfers and discussion items.

reaching back in my memory, I'm betting it was precinct 1 because they had to acquire additional land for right-of-way.

I did find out on the last page, 13 that you are talking about, I questioned 1.3 million for facilities road projects was, then I found out it wasn't road projects, it was 700 lavaca.
>> because those are what happened in previous agendas and sometimes we get the descriptions a little off.
