This morning we did skip over a matter that I wasn't sure whether it was simple or not.
16 is a matter involving appropriate action related to completion of the new presynched one office building located at 4717 help help land a in you a sin.
a, approve the building dedication plaque, b, request to set April 21, 2007--2011 for the grand opening.
any issues?

pretty straight forward.
we have a rendering plaque.
roger may want to make some comments.
I think it's well put together for the new building and of course we will announce the grand opening.
hopefully everybody able to attend.
I'd like the move approval unless there are other comments needing to be made at this time.

I would like to see us address the contents of plaques that we put on the building.
seems like the people, credits keep getting longer and longer.
I think it's great to recognize those who have participated in the construction of the building but they are also doing their jobs and we have had other that have played integral parts in a building like pbo, finance, audit, and tnr.
we don't put plaques out when we buy a piece of land.
I think at some point it would be appropriate for us to look at a policy of what we do put on plaques.
this is fine for now.
I think that we probably could use some guidelines at some point.
