Executive Session

28, receive legal briefing and take appropriate action on settlement offer regarding appeal from Travis County grievance panel decision in sergio flores versus constable richard mccain, precinct three, pursuant to Travis County code section 9.257-k.
consultation with attorney and personnel matters exceptions to the open meetings act.
we'll discuss these to items in executive session, but will -- these two items in executive session, but will return to open court before taking any action.

I will need an additional week on this item.
and I will try to post this more broadly for us to have an executive session discussion regarding potential real estate purchases on the horizon.
I think that would be appropriate.
just so we can see the total picture.
I’ll run that language by legal to make sure that we can do it in executive session next week.

the other item we discussed was 28, and that is a matter involving the complaint -- the grievance panel decision in sergio flores versus constable richard mccain.

and part of that is that we receive a final settlement and release as we typically do.
