Now the Travis County housing finance corporation, one item.
consider and take appropriate aches to request to approve amendment two of the neighborhood stabilization contract.
good afternoon.

we're requesting that the board authorizing the president to execute amendment number two.
this amendment will extend our contract date to March 31, 2007.
we will not have new transactions but this will give us time to close out the program and seek reimbursement from state.
the corporation has submitted all the documents to the state to get reimbursed.
we're waiting for them to finish processing.

just as reminder, we do have a, would session scheduled for this coming Thursday, the 20th of January.
