Consent Items
Posted for consent are c 1 through c 3 and those are ready.
any issues with any of them?
c 1 through c 3.
let's consider adding the following list of items to the consent motion.
this is a long list that I'm recommending.
number 1.
all of number 2, so 2 a through 2 c.
3.
5.
6 a and 6 b.
8.
9.
10 a and b.
11.
12.
13.
14.
15.
16.
number 18.
>> judge, I need to abstain on 18.
>> we'll call that up separately.
I skipped 17 because I need to abstain.
we will call 17 and 18 up momentarily.
number 19.
all of number 20.
and that's a long list of victims assistants 'nonprofits to share a modest amount of money that counseling and education services generated through fees this past year as required by law and as we have done historically.
so all of 20, that would be 20 a through 20 l.
we need to pull 20 f.
the judge needs to abstain on that one too.
that's the integral care, formerly mhmr. So we will call up 20 f as in frank.
momentarily so that I may be a stain.
and let's call up 21 separately also.
that's integral care also.
number 22.
23.
24.
25.
27.
28.
29.
30.
31.
35 a through 35 g.
those are bonds of roughly seven elected officials.
and number 36.
>> move approval.
>> second.
by the way, when we recommend these for the consent motion, that means that we think they are routine that if we call up separately we think we would remove.
any discussion on the motion?
all in favor?
that passes by unanimous vote.
