Consent Items
...4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 a and b.
13 a, b and c.
that's all of 13.
14 a and b.
14 a basically is simply to indicate our intention to sell this property, but to retain access to the bcp property so there will be an easement.
I guess that's why a is there.
b is a public hearing on October fifth.
so no action really to be taken until after the public hearing.
but 14 a is to indicate our intngs to sell this pursuant to county policy.
>> don't we need to approve the setting of a public hearing?
>> a and b, right.
b is recommended for inclusion on the consent motion.
17 a, b, c, all of 17, a through f.
18 --
>> judge, I have a question on 18.
>> we will call 18 up separately.
I didn't recommend.
19?
17 to 19.
did you call up 19?
>> no.
I said 18.
I didn't mean to.
18 we'll call up.
18 you can expect a memo during the lunch hour that the judge put together last night.
19 is recommended.
20 a and b.
21 a and b.
24.
26.
a-2, a and b.
>> move approval.
>> second.
>> would anyone like for us to pull any of the items I have just listed separately for discussion?
all in favor?
that passes by unanimous vote.
