The first of which is to -- number 1, consider and take appropriate action on request to approve minutes of board of directors meetings of may 25, june 1, june 8, june 15, june 29, july 13, and july 27, 2010.

>> all in favor? Show commissioner director eckhardt abstaining and the rest of the court voting in favor with director gomez absent. Number 2 is to consider and take appropriate action on request to approve an invoice from kroll factual data.
>> the amount of the invoice is $22.88 and it's for credit reports that we needed to implement the neighborhood stabilization program. Should be the last invoice from this entity.

>> i recommend you pay it.
>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. With director gomez absent. Number 3, consider and take appropriate action on request to approve resolution amending authorized representatives to perform transactions with texpool.
>> and this is to take off mary mays who has retired and to add deborah laddermilk, our investment manager. And so the people that will be authorized to do transactions will be harvey davis, deborah laddermick and leroy nellis. And it will also allow mike gonzales to -- to perform inquiries of texpool but not to transactions.
