Consent
>> anybody else for citizens communication whether you signed in or not? Then consent items are next. Posted for consent are c 1 through c 4. C 1 through c 4. Let's car -- let's consider adding the following items to the consent motion. If anyone would like for us to discuss any of these separately, please say so as we call out the number of the item. 6 a and b.
>> yes, i would like to speak on that one?
>> which one?
>> a. Okay. Question or a comment?
>> question or comment on 6 a?
>>
>> [indiscernible] yeah, no, i have a question. About
>> [indiscernible] contract.
>> i'm sorry? Are you still talking about 6 a?
>> yeah, i'm sorry. Yeah. Well, it's not the wal-mart foundation just kind of a guarantee for a no big contract now that
>> [inaudible - no mic]
>> okay, all 6 a is wal-mart donating a baby crib of some sort.
>> a donation.
>> yeah, $500, two items totaling $500 and we have to formally accept the donation, which is what this is.
>> we could get one from target, but -- but they don't have a foundation set up already?
>> well, wal-mart is donating this to the sheriff's office office.
>> you still pay $500.
>> no, the volume of those two items is 500 bucks.
>> great, i don't have any problem with that.
>> that's what i am saying because if there's really a serious question we can't answer we would have to get somebody from the sheriff's office down here. That item is really whether or not we want to accept two items the value of which is total value is 500 bucks.
>> that's great, thanks.
>> what about 5 b? Any issues with it?
>> no.
>> 5 a and b then are recommended.
>> 6.
>> 6 a and b. Number 9.
>> yes, sir. We go from 6 a and b to 9. 10 a, any issues with 10 b? Do we need to discuss it?
>> yes.
>> yes, sir, court members. We will call it up and get your issue. Any members from the court? We will call up 10 b, mr. Reeferseed.
>> thank you.
>> 11, 12, 13, 14, 15.
>> just a question.
>> question on 15.
>> yeah, i'm just curious as to getting the paperwork for that ordinance so i can look at it.
>> you can do that by contacting purchasing. Those are three or four items that have been discarded. We have to formally approve disposal. Bylaw. That's what's cited here.
>> okay. So you need to contact purchasing to get whatever information they have. Okay? Or i'll give you my backup if you have a hard time getting it from purchasing.
>> okay.
>> i have -- i have a spare set up in my office if you want to just ask them for it.
>> thank you so much.
>> 15, 17 and 18, the two we had the public hearings on,.
>> well, just one point about that. Is that also a -- a no bid contract? Oh, i'm sorry, no. I'm -- i don't think so.
>> 19, 20, 21, a 2, we discussed last week, there was a misspelling of the last name, a 2 is to ratify the action that we took. Any objection to it being on consent.
>> no.
>> those the consent items.
>> move approval.
>> second.
>> now, we took one or two off of consent thanks to mr. Reeferseed. Anybody else want us to pull any of those items we just listed for separate discussion?
>> [inaudible - no mic]
>> > 16 we will call up for discussion. 16 is not part of the consent motion that we are about to vote on. All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
