Consent
The consent items next. And posted for consent are c-1 through c-8. C-1 through c-8. Any issues with any of them? Let's consider adding the following items to the consent motion. If anyone would like for us to discuss separately any of the items that i'm about to announce, please say so as i call out the number of the item.
>> i don't believe
>> [indiscernible] is here so maybe we could put item 2 on consent. This is the annual resolution about county government week.
>> number 2. Anybody here on that item? Number 4. Any issues with 5? Number 5. We had a public hearing on number 6.
>> judge, i have a followup question.
>> we'll call it up separately. Number 7. 8. All of 9, 9-a,, but and c.
>> i have a question on 9?
>> which one?
>> a.
>> we'll call 9-a up spraights. 9 b and c part of consent. Any issues with that?
>> no.
>> number 10, authorize a financial adviser to put together the team.
>>
>> [inaudible].
>> this item simply gives them the authorization. And the strategy there is that it's -- if you are free to go out and negotiate you are in a much better position to put a better team together than if we were to name the members here. Okay, number 10. Number 11. 12. 13. Should we call 14 up separately?
>> i think so, judge.
>> from 13 we go to 15. 16. 19. 20. And a-1.
>> move approval of consent items.
>> second.
>> would anyone like for us to pull any of the items just listed for separate discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
