17 is to consider and take appropriate action on proposed corrections to Travis County code chapter 64, Travis County regulations for floodplain management and guidelines and procedures for development permits regarding land use.
>> good afternoon, stacy chefel, tnr, these are basically corrections to chapter 64, which is our floodplain regulations.
there was some language in there that implied that the county had land use authority for compatible land uses.
in addition, we referenced a comprehensive plan that should have been the hazard mitigation plan.
>> and these two minor changes are subchapter d and j are the only two changes.
>> that is correct.
>> discussion?
>> move approval, judge.

all in favor.
