receive comments regarding a request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate two five foot public utility easements located along the common lot line of lots 459 and 460 of apache shores, first installment

the owner of these lots have asked for the vacation of these, public utility easements, in order to facilitate the construction of a home across the lots.
the utility companies have been contacted.
no one has expressed any problem with the vacation.
i know of no objections.

would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing?
if so, please come forward.
