Now let's call to order the Travis County health facilities development corporation.
first item, consider and take appropriate action on request to approve budget for fiscal year 2010.
>> we have -- we're predicting in their budget of $693,000 is the beginning balance, and an annual fee payment of $230,000.
and I will remind you that this is the last payment from seton.
if you recall, we -- we have received 10 annual -- nine of 10 annual payments, and so this is the last payment.
so if the health facilities corporation is not able to generate additional business, which is issuing bonds, then it would -- it would -- next year we would have very little in the way of revenue.
it would just be from its savings account.
most of the -- most of the fund balance is used -- has been reserved for three grants that have been approved by the corporation from meals on wheels, family elder care and southwest keys.
so those are in the budget and we're still waiting for these people to give us the information to fulfill the contract.
and the amount transferred to allocated reserve is $385,000.
