between the Texas department of criminal justice and Travis County for the housing of releasees at the Travis County del valle correctional complex.

>> judge, this is an interlocal agreement we've had in place since August of 2000.
we house some certain releasees and the tdcj reimburses us for housing them here at del valle.
the reamburg the rate has been for all the -- the reimbursement rate has been for the tax rate.
it has been $45 per person.
major long had asked for an increase from $45 to $50 a day and it was just yesterday that tdcj notified the sheriff's office that they had approved that request and they sent along a revised contract modification, which we flects that change from 45 -- which reflects that change from 45 to $50 a day and also increases the not to exceed amount of the contract by some $29,200.
so those are the two changes from the modification that was included in your backup.
and I have three originals, judge, for you of the revised modification and I have one for the clerk.
