Number 3 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate a seven and a half-foot public utility easement located along rear lot line of lot 13, block n of twin creeks country club, section 8 subdivision.

>> good morning, again, anna bolin, Travis County t.n.r. The purpose of this p.u.e. Vacation at the rear of the lot line would be so that the applicant can build and not encroach into the easement. They have permits that they are trying to seek and they are looking to -- to build into this area and so -- so they wish the p.u.e. To be vacated. We have notified the utility companies and we have heard no need from the utility companies to keep this public utility easement.
