>> good morning, sherri flemming
>> [indiscernible] manager for health community services and veterans service. This is an event that we partner with the entities that the judge identified. To bring knowledge to the idea of recycling technological equipment. We are happy to be in partnership with these wonderful companies, we encourage the community to participate. The event will be held this coming weekend on the 19th and 20th, pending your approval. Volunteers on site to accept the donated items and remove them from our parking area. At the completion of the event much we have worked with legal to prepare the -- the resolution and the license agreement before you today.
>> my question is who will be responsible for ensuring that county property is restored to original condition after the event because we'll be open for business that next morning, Monday morning.
>> that's correct.
>> so do these partners understand that -- that we would expect the property to be left in the same condition that they find it?
>> yes, sir. Absolutely. There will be county staff present and approximate the pare very much aware that we will teed to conduct business on Monday morning.
>> otherwise this seems like a good project to me. Move approval.
>> second.
>> discussion?
>> ms. Flemming, if somebody wants to know more about what can be recycled that day, who should they call.
>> they can call our office 854-4100 and ask for our retired senior volunteer program and they will be able to give them more comprehensive information.
>> the short list that I -- well the wonderfully long list, but short in that it may not be complete is that they are accepting computers, servers, main frames, telephones, cell phones, circuit boards, drives, network equipment, testing equipment, memory, president clintoners, fax machines -- printers, fax machines, copiers, monitors, solar draws, whatever that is, non-ferris metals, all of those dust collectors in your garage from said computers bring them down.
>> absolutely. I think that's pretty much the description. Dead computers. Computers that we're not sure what to do with, there will be someone there to help you either by taking it that day or directing you to another place that it might be recycled.
>> and we have a long, long list of computers that are surplus equipment that we're taking back to dell for recycling. These are things that might otherwise end up in landfills and they have toxic materials in them, so do not throw them away, take them to palm.
>> we appreciate this -- the court allowing us this opportunity to work with our partners on this project.
>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Thank you very much.
>> thank you.
