18, approve issuance of job order number 1 for minor construction and ren motivation services at east side center center contract number 07 k 00308 rv, trim built construction inc I just looked and saw the sprinkler system and security were excluded from the bid. How do we cover those two?
>> judge and Commissioners, the sprinkler system has never been in the scope of work from the beginning of the building because it's a small building and we're providing a fire hydrant in the parking lot. So the system is not required. We have a document from the fire marshall. The other thing is about the security system also, we don't have, it's not in the scope of work of this contractor. The security system, we look at this and we have a parking lighting mex to it. We had the parking lighting to provide security for the budding. As you remember we didn't have that before and the security committee came up with the parking lighting around the budding. As far as the building, it can be on the inside or outside or push buttons or whatever the security item was not part of the scope of work. So this particular contract of the trim built, he has, I guess just add what is not excluded. But all he has to do is follow what is shown on the plan and construct it.

>> I wouldn't have known except it's listed benefit excluded. You're saying it never was part of what we expected him to do. This is just his form.
