Travis County Commissioners Court
November 29, 2005
Housing Finance Corporation
Good afternoon, we could not need the northwest Travis County road district no.3 as there are no claims, no investments. But we do need the Travis County housing finance corporation 1. Approve corporation minutes of board of directors meetings of September 6, 13 and November 1, 2005.
>> so moved.
>> second.
>> all in favor. That passes by unanimous vote with director Gomez absent. 2. Consider and take appropriate action to approve second omnibus modification of documents related to the corporation's multifamily housing revenue bonds (woodway square apartments) series 2003 extending the commitment maturity date and the conversion date for the project.
>> good afternoon, I’m the assistant manager for the corporations. Cliff blunt, the attorney for the corporations is here to present this item.
>> just very briefly this is an item that was before you about a month or six weeks ago. We extended the conversion date for we approved six months, but the bang only approved one month. They have now gone back and approved extending that conversion all the way to September 1st. Administratively I felt like we needed to have it back in front of you all for approval, nothing has changed other than the bank has given an approval for a longer extension.
>> no down side for us.
>> no, sir.
>> it's something that we ought to do.
>> yes, sir.
>> that's why I move approval.
>> second.
>> any discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
>> move adjourn.
>> second.
>> all in favor? Passes unanimously.
