>> [inaudible - no mic] going to be funded for '06.
>> it's just me. I indicated, I sent an e-mail asking if it could be covered by the issues budget. Through the end of the fiscal year, she said yes, it would give the court an opportunity to discuss it during budget hearings. Therefore I move approval of 5.
>> second.
>> with the department picking up the cost of the rest of this year and the '05 budget. Okay? If she needs to come over this afternoon, we will call this item back up if there's something that we need to hear. Okay. All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
