Now let's call to order the Travis County housing finance corporation. One item today. That is to consider and take appropriate action on request to approve membership invoice from Texas association of local housing finance agenc take.
>> good afternoon, I'm harvey Davis, manager for the corporation. I'm asking board approval for a $175 membership fee to talfa. We have -- we have been members of it for several years and -- and I do believe that it's worthwhile to continue the membership.
>> will they take 150 in [laughter]
>> is this group having a big conference here?
>> no, that's nalfa, that will be a future agenda item.
>> let's take them one at a time, mr. Davis [laughter]
>> move.
>> second.
>> discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. With director Davis absent.
>> > move adjourn.
>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote, also.
