Number 1 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate a portion of the 5' public utility easement on the north side of lot 475, apache shores first installment, a subdivision in precinct 3.

>> good morning, carol joseph, t.n.r. The property owner's agent requests the vacation of a portion of a five feet utility easement to allow the owners to place an overhang on their house. The utility company has no issues with that and neither does t.n.r. We have not heard any complaints, comments about that. Therefore we move approval.
>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing?
>> move to close the public hearing.
>> second.
>> this will be action item no. 17 on today's agenda. Which will probably be part of the consent motion. All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
