Number 43, approve amendment number one to the combined transportation emergency and communications center, security memorandum with the city of Austin allowing for continued ctecc security services to be provided.
>> and I gave them as a hint and only one question i've got and it is a sensitivity as we go through these interlocals. Same issue I raised as we set the parcel raeufplt have we fully -- rate. Have we fully taken into account the costs related to health insurance so it is appropriately fit into the budget and then it's just kind of how do we deal with that in the future because that's obviously something that will change year to year. I deeply understand their desires to cap how much they are going to spend, but that doesn't mean that caps expenditures on our end in terms of whether we would be taking in more than what we had agreed up to front.
>> and this is an annual renewable contract. The contract costs, the benefits and such are calculated in the cost for this year. Any anticipated increased costs will be negotiated with other coalition members starting in about January. To make any amendments to the contract. So essentially every year we'll be coming back with an additional amendment or if there are no changes, it will simply roll over and we'll continue to March as long as all the parties agree to it.
>> but our '04 health insurance numbers are plugged into this.
>> yes, ma'am.
>> move approval.
>> second.
>> any more discussion of the motion?
>> judge, may I ask --
>> yes, sir.
>> how many -- tell me again how many entities there are in the ctecc field?
>> [indiscernible] capital metro and [indiscernible] that are part of the ctecc coalition. There are other increased parties or additional parties that are involved in the radio project. Or there's other parties involved in the mobile data project. Or I guess that would be like a subproject of the overall concept. Primarily the city, county and capital metro.
>> right.
>> they are housed in that building together.
>> any more discussion? All in favor say aye? That passes by unanimous vote. Thank you.
